Customer Review: A great start!
Summary: 4 Stars
I was looking for this software again to buy for a friend's child. I had purchased this software somewhere around 2002 for my 5 year old. Getting a kid sized keyboard was also a big help because she was able to reach the keys and not get frustrated. (The Samsung Pleomax PKB-5300 Multimedia USB Keyboard For Kids is very much like the one I got my daughter back when.)
The program kept her interest back then as she helped to free letters of the alphabet from Vexor the virus and by the time she was 10 years old, she was consistently typing about 40 words a minute. She is now almost 12 years old and is up to 65 words a minute.
If you buy this software in 2008, be sure to get the patch that will make this program work with the newer operating systems. [...]
